Swimming – swim season has started again!
LEGO – they go on and off Lego’s. Definitely ON at the moment.
Pokemon – it’s an obsession…
Funny stuff they said this month
Beau
During a sail the wind unexpectedly picked up and caused the boat to heel over a lot. Beau shouted out: “Is this the end of my short life? I didn’t even get to have a job!”
When I told Beau that we did not have iPads when I was young, he said: “Oh, but that was when the earth was only just born, right?”
Kai
Wanted to go back to Saint Mark’s Square in Venice to chase the “pidgees”.
Zoë
During a meaningful dinner conversation, we asked the kids whether they thought we were taking good care of them. Thankfully they all said yes immediately. But then Zoë added: “Yes you are very good at kidnapping!”
“Can I have my snurkle so I can breathe underwater?”
Well that certainly made me smile!
